Mountain Stone Manor Vacation Home Rental Agreement

At the time you book your reservation,we will need your name, address, home phone, and cell phone numbers.  A deposit of the first nights lodging payment is required within 10 days of booking the property.  The full payment is due the day of your arrival at check-in.  If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks of your arrival, your down-payment will not be refunded.  Once your deposit is paid you will receive a receipt and information in the mail.  Check-in is 3:00 P.M. and check-out is 11:00 A.M. unless previous arrangements have been made with the owners.  Please be courteous of the cleaning staff and respect your time of departure.


Please limit occupancy to the previously agreed upon number of people. There will be an additional charge per person for more than 6 people in the home. Absolutely no more than 10 people will be allowed in the home. The home is not child -proof, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of your children. This is a no smoking and no pet residence. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges will be applied. Please review and abide by the Jacuzzi tub procedures and precautions.


The first nights lodging payment is required to confirm your reservation, and your personal check is accepted at this time; however; only cash or U.S. Travelers checks will be accepted at check in for the remainder of the payment. No credit cards or personal check at that time. Rates in U.S. Dollars and subject to change.
